Digital Technologies Electives

The Curse of Everything - a short animation by Summer
For digital technologies this year I experimented and created a presentation using Adobe Animate. It is a animating app used to create either short or long movies. You can draw and create your own pictures and then animate them, or you can use the ones already made from Adobe. The purpose of my project was to learn and experiment with Adobe Animate and to use different features from it. My story is about the end of time through a curse that destroys everything. The biggest challenge I faced throughout making this was when my work got deleted when I was making it. The software closed and I had to start over again. But looking back on this, what I had from when it was deleted and what I have now, I'm happy with what I was able to achieve.
6 Things About Japan - an AR experience on Merge Cube by Evan
I used a program called CoSpaces that lets you create AR and VR experiences. I chose to create an AR using MergeCube software within CoSpaces and provide an experience about Japan. The Merge Cube is a black and silver physical cube that has inlaid designs that interact with various Merge Cube apps to transform the cube into a digital canvas.

Canva is an app that can help people make logos, social media posts and posters. The purpose of my project is to help people who get bullied. My biggest challenge was at the end when the teacher kept making me re-edit my project because it had mistakes.
